Noob question I know, but how many posts or whatever do you need to become a citizen or councillor or something. I t appears under people's names. I'm a quiet traveler currently I think.

Someone made a thread about it, but I think the numbers have changed since then. I was at like High Council and had a slow time on the forum. I came back and I was Sancho. Maybe a mod can answer this one?
